As part of the cross-border ESCH 2022 project, we created 'L'Entrée', an innovative narrative mapping work. Accompanied by an original soundtrack by the talented Rune, the objective was to draw the audience into an immersive work, navigating between reality and imagination, recounting the history of the mine and, more broadly, that of the territory. Projected onto the entrance to the Tiercelet mine, the creation is presented as a tribute to the many lives that have passed through it. The narrative has a double objective: to invite us to dive into the history of the mine while encouraging retrospection and introspection, leading us to revisit the past of the territory and to consider its future. Spectators were invited to enter the tunnel between the two projections, thus offering a different perspective of the work, seen from inside the mine, symbolizing this introspection.
Projetée sur l’entrée de la mine du Tiercelet, la création se présente comme un hommage aux nombreuses vies qui y ont défilé. La trame narrative vise un double objectif : inviter à plonger dans l'histoire de la mine tout en incitant à la rétrospection et à l'introspection, nous amenant à revisiter le passé du territoire et à envisager son avenir. Les spectateurs étaient invités à pénétrer dans le tunnel entre les deux projections, offrant ainsi une perspective différente de l'œuvre, vue de l'intérieur de la mine, symbolisant cette introspection.
