Film made on behalf of the SaarMoselle Eurodistrict, as part of the GeKO project: cross-border health cooperation on its territory. Our objective was to present the project clearly, to describe its challenges and to announce its ambitions, through a short three-minute video. In terms of style, it was a question of offering disruptive content, combining video capture, motion tracking and 3D animation, in order to affirm the modern nature of GeKo and to stand out on the international political scene.
Notre objectif a été de présenter le projet de façon claire, de décrire ses enjeux et d'annoncer ses ambitions, à travers une courte vidéo de trois minutes. Au niveau du style, il était question de proposer un contenu disruptif, mêlant captation vidéo, motion tracking et animation 3D, afin d'affirmer le caractère moderne de GeKo et de le démarquer sur la scène politique internationale.
